Cinnamon Roll Class with Chris Rockers

Let's learn how to make cinnamon rolls!  You will need to bring your own: 9 x 13 baker, 2 eggs,  1 cup of your favorite cooking oil,  1/4 cup butter,  2 kitchen towels and a dish cloth.  Everyone will go home with one pan of cinnamon rolls ready to bake at home, along with the recipe.  You will also make your own frosting at home. You can use this recipe if you wish - 4 ounces softened cream cheese, 3 tablespoons softened butter, 3/4 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. Beat all until smooth and spread on bake- cooled rolls.  You can add a little milk if it is too thick.  I would suggest to not wear any rings or bracelets to class because you will get your hands in the dough.  Class fee is $20 per person or if you would prefer to make a Pampered Chef order, your class fee would be waived. 15 percent of your Pampered Chef order will be donated to the Girard Public Library as a fundraiser.
